Things just happened to fall at the right time for Dick to hold the party at the Belfry. It's a good way to get to know the neighborhood while also letting people they know get to see the new building.

Dick moves between the groups mostly effortlessly, introducing himself to people who he doesn't know and greeting people he does. But he does, eventually, pull back to the kitchen with a drink to grab a sandwich. He looks up with a smile, offering the platter to the next person. "Want to pick first?"
