That's what people say. Or how it's defined as. Cocktails, for that matter, are sometimes frowned upon as more watered kind of alcohol.

Would that not enable someone to keep drinking for longer?

That's seen as weakness though. You want to prove you can handle the strength of alcogol.

But one does want it to be effective.

The point of the game is to drink over something you have done.
